On February 3rd 2026, we were proud to bring leaders, employers and policymakers together at the House of Commons for Elevate Employment Services’ Get Britain Working reception.

It was an inspiring afternoon of honest, solution-focused conversations about unlocking opportunity and supporting people into meaningful, sustainable employment.

What came through loud and clear: real progress only happens when business, government and communities work together. With over one million young people currently not in education, employment or training, these discussions aren’t optional — they’re urgent.

That’s why Elevate’s mission to empower talent and drive inclusive growth has never mattered more. And why we must keep these conversations going.
