The Jobs Growth Wales+ programme provides a range of qualifications, work experience and support, to help individuals progress into further learning, Apprenticeships, or to secure future employment.

The Level 1 Award is ideal for anyone new to customer service and seeking introductory skills.

The qualification provides learners with a basic understanding of customer service and provides a foundation to progress on to further learning through other customer service qualifications or those in complementary subject areas.

This Award in Health and Safety in a Construction Environment qualification is for learners wishing to apply for the Construction Skills Certification Scheme Green Card.

The CSCS Green Card is intended for those working in labouring occupations only. CSCS  introduced a requirement for applicants to achieve a formal knowledge based qualification, the ‘Health and Safety in a Construction Environment’ Award. Achievement of this award will demonstrate the applicant’s understanding of key issues affecting safe working practices on UK construction sites.

The qualification was developed in conjunction with CITB and CSCS UK Ltd.

The Level 1 Qualification in Sports Leadership is a nationally recognised qualification that enables successful learners to assist in leading purposeful and enjoyable sport/physical activity, under direct supervision.

This qualification encourages an understanding of the knowledge and the skills needed to care for young children. It covers children’s growth, learning and development as well as units to help with self-development.

Employability Skills qualifications are designed to support an individual successfully gaining a job, progressing in a chosen field, preparing the individual for further study and supporting the development of techniques required for successful independent living.
