Making Our Spaces More Inclusive for Everyone

We are proud to share that our organsiation has been officially recognised by Neurodivergence Wales as an Autism Understanding and Accepting Organisation. This certificate is more than just a symbol, it reflects our ongoing commitment to creating inclusive, supportive, and empowering environments for everyone we work with.

From our Neurodiverse job clubs to the Additional Learning Needs (ALN) support embedded in our in-branch physical courses, we believe that understanding neurodiversity isn’t just beneficial—it’s essential. By embracing different ways of thinking, learning, and interacting, we open doors to opportunity, confidence, and growth.

To support this vision, we’ve introduced a range of practical tools and adjustments, including:

  • Dyslexia-friendly reading overlays
  • Fidget and sensory items available for anyone to use at any time
  • A welcoming, flexible approach that values individual needs and preferences

We know that small changes can make a big difference. Whether it’s a quieter space, a sensory aid, or simply a more understanding conversation, we’re here to ensure that everyone feels seen, heard, and supported.

This recognition from Neurodivergence Wales is a proud milestone, but it’s also a reminder that inclusion is a journey. We’re committed to learning, listening, and growing every step of the way.
