Elevate Employment Services and Whitehead-Ross Social Work exist to provide support - whether it’s providing family support on neurodiversity, advice on Special Educational Need and Disability, engaging young people back in to education and training, or supporting job seekers to achieve their goals, we stand ready to make a difference.
Whitehead-Ross Social Work delivers Together with Parents and SENDIASS, providing impartial, high-quality support to children, young people and families navigating SEND and social care systems. Our services are rooted in advocacy, early intervention and partnership working, ensuring families are informed, heard and empowered to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Founded in September 2025 as a proud evolution of Whitehead-Ross Education, Elevate Employment Services and Whitehead-Ross Social Work work in partnership to deliver joined-up, people-centred support across employment, education, social care and SEND.
Elevate delivers high-quality employability programmes across Sussex, Hampshire and South Wales, supporting adults back into work and engaging young people who are not in education, employment or training (NEET).
We specialise in working with individuals facing barriers to opportunity, including ex-offenders, carers, people with mental health challenges, young people and care leavers, combining expert employability support with BACP-accredited counselling for holistic outcomes.
Alongside this, Whitehead-Ross Social Work delivers provides impartial advocacy and guidance to families navigating SEND and social care systems.

Brighton
Our small office in Brighton provides HR and Business Support across both Elevate Employment Services and Whitehead-Ross Social Work.
Cornwall & Isles of Scilly
In Cornwall we deliver SENDIASS ( SEND Information Advice and Support Services) across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly to provide free advice and support about education, health and social care for children, young people and their parents on matters relating to special educational needs and disability.
Dorset
Our Weymouth centre is the home for our Study Programme for age 16-18 and is delivered in small groups, face to face. We also deliver the in National Careers Service in Weymouth and surrounding area.
Fareham
Along with our Worthing and Gosport offices, our Fareham location delivers the Restart Scheme helping people get back into work through enhanced and tailored support.

In Gosport, along with our Worthing and Fareham offices, we deliver the Restart Scheme helping people get back into work through enhanced and tailored support.
Kent
Across Kent our Together With Parents (TWP) team supports families whose child is on the waiting list for a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, or other neurodiverse (ND) conditions. In collaboration with Kent County Council (KCC), Together with Parents also extends support to families giving access to families who do not meet TWP criteria but are engaged with Integrated Services.
Merthyr Tydfil
Based at our office in Merthyr Tydfil, we are supporting young people on the Jobs Growth Wales+ (JGW+) programme. This is a training and development programme for 16–19-year-olds not in full-time education, employment, or training (NEET)that provides a range of qualifications, work experience and support, to help individuals progress into further learning, Apprenticeships, or to secure future employment.
Skewen
The Skewen office is the Head Office for Elevate Employment Services. Our administration support team is based there and the space also offers offers training facilities to deliver programmes tailored to the needs of the local labour and employment markets.
