Target audience
This service is designed for care-experienced young adults aged 18–25 who require high-quality accommodation and tailored, trauma-informed support to transition safely and confidently into independent adulthood, while also meeting the needs of local authorities seeking reliable, low-risk, off-framework provision.
Programme overview
Support Offer
Each young adult will receive up to 10 hours of one-to-one support per week, tailored to their needs. This includes budgeting, cooking skills, sexual health support, and assistance accessing education, training, or employment.
Although we are a low-risk service, all staff receive full training across all relevant areas of support. As the Service Manager, I bring extensive experience within the care sector, including Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), managing challenging behaviour, and trauma-informed practice.
Move-On Support
When a young adult is ready to move on, our support does not end at the point of transition. They will continue to have access to our team for a period of time to help them adjust to full independence. Our aim is to equip and safeguard young adults as they navigate adulthood, which can often feel overwhelming without the right support.
